€150 One4all Voucher Prize Draws  

1. Promoter

The promoter is CUIS Financial Services DAC t/a Peopl Insurance, Suite 511, The Capel Building, Mary’s Abbey, Dublin 7 (“Peopl Insurance”). Company registration no. 622865. Peopl Insurance funds and administers both draws. Dunboyne Credit Union is not the promoter and accepts no responsibility for the operation of the draws. 

2. The draws

There are two separate prize draws. Each draw is specific to  each individual credit union.

Entries received outside an entry period are not included in that draw. Entries are not carried forward from draw one to draw two. 

3. Eligibility

• Open to members of participating credit unions who are resident in the Republic of Ireland and aged 18 or over. 

• Employees of Peopl Insurance, employees, directors and volunteers of participating credit unions, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible. 

• Open to new and renewing customers. 

4. Entry by taking out a policy

An eligible person is entered automatically, once per policy, when they take out or renew one of the following through Peopl Insurance during an entry period: home insurance, motor insurance, travel insurance, life insurance or mortgage protection. 

The policy must be attributed to a participating credit union. A policy is attributed when it is arranged through the campaign link or QR code, through relevant promo codes , or by telling Peopl Insurance at the time of the enquiry that the customer is a member of a participating credit union. 

• Home, motor and travel: the policy must be incepted within the entry period and not cancelled within the cooling-off period. Cancelled or voided policies are excluded. 

• Life insurance and mortgage protection: an application submitted within the entry period counts as an entry in that draw, provided the policy goes on risk within 60 days of the application date. If such an entry is drawn before the policy is on risk, the prize is held for the entrant and released when the policy goes on risk. If the policy does not go on risk within the 60 days, the entry is void and an alternative winner is drawn. 

• More than one policy means more than one entry: one entry per policy. 

• Entry into a draw does not affect the price, terms or acceptance of any policy. 

5. Free entry route – no purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary. An eligible person may enter either draw free of charge by sending an email to free entry email address – to be confirmed by Peopl with the subject line “*credit union* draw” entering the participating credit union into the subject line, and giving their full name, address, a contact phone number and confirmation that they are a member of a participating credit union.

• One free entry per person per draw. 

• The email must be received within the entry period of the draw being entered. 

• A free entry has exactly the same chance of winning as an entry made by taking out a policy. 

• Details supplied for a free entry are used only to administer the draw and are not used for marketing. 

6. The prize

One €150 One4all voucher in each draw: two prizes in total. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. One4all vouchers are subject to the issuer’s own terms. 

7. Winner selection and notification

• Each winner is selected at random from all valid entries in that draw, on the draw date shown in clause 2. Each draw is conducted fairly and independently. 

• The winner is contacted within two working days of the draw using the contact details held for their entry. 

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days despite reasonable efforts, or is found to be ineligible, Peopl Insurance may select an alternative winner by the same method. 

• The prize is presented in the winners local credit union branch in the week of the draw where possible, or otherwise sent to the winner. 

8. Publicity

The winner may be asked to take part in publicity, including use of their name, general area and photograph by Peopl Insurance, the participating credit union and local media. This is entirely optional and only takes place with the winner’s written consent. A winner who declines receives the prize in full; publicity is never a condition of the prize. 

9. Data protection

Peopl Insurance is the data controller for prize draw entrants. Personal data is processed in line with data protection law and the Peopl Insurance Privacy Policy, only for the purpose of administering the draws, and is not kept longer than necessary. Winner details may be shared with the voucher provider to fulfil the prize and, with the winner’s consent only, with the participating credit union and local media for publicity. 

10. General

• Peopl Insurance may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion only where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Valid entries already made will be honoured where possible. 

• Peopl Insurance accepts no responsibility for entries not received because of technical or system issues outside its control. 

• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

• These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
