€150 Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is CUIS Financial Services DAC t/a Peopl Insurance, 511 The Capel Building, Mary’s Abbey, Dublin 7, Tel: 01 5533580 (“Peopl Insurance”).
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Peopl Insurance, participating Credit Unions, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
The promotion is available to new and renewing customers.The policy must be incepted and not cancelled within the cooling-off period. Policies cancelled or voided are excluded from the draw.
4. How to Enter
Customers will automatically be entered into the prize draw when they purchase or renew an insurance policy with Peopl Insurance during the promotional period. No additional purchase or payment is required to enter the draw once a policy has been taken out. Only one entry per policy will be permitted, however multiple policies can be held per customer. Entry into the draw does not affect policy price, terms, or acceptance. No alternative method of entry is available.
5. Promotional Period
The promotion opens at 00:01 on 1st September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 25th September 2026. Any policies purchased after this date will not be eligible for entry.
6. The Prize
One winner will receive: One €150 Voucher
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The draw will be conducted fairly and independently and will take place within 14 days of the promotion closing. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of policy purchase. Whilst reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, if the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Peopl Insurance reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including the use of their name and/or photograph for marketing purposes. Participation in publicity is optional and refusal does not affect prize entitlement.
9. General
Peopl Insurance reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Peopl Insurance accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical or system issues.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
This promotion does not affect the terms, conditions, or price of any insurance policy.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Peopl Insurance’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and will not be retained for longer than necessary. Winner details may be shared with third parties (e.g. voucher provider).
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
