Home & Away Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is CUIS Financial Services DAC t/a Peopl Insurance, 511 The Capel Building, Mary’s Abbey, Dublin 7, Tel: 01 5533580 (“Peopl Insurance”).

2. Promotion Name
The promotion is called “Home & Away”.

3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Peopl Insurance, participating Credit Unions, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
The promotion is available to new and renewing Home Insurance customers only.The home insurance policy must be incepted and not cancelled within the cooling-off period.Policies cancelled or voided are excluded from the draw.

4. How to Enter
Customers will automatically be entered into the prize draw when they purchase or renew a Home Insurance policy with Peopl Insurance during the promotional period. No additional purchase or payment is required to enter the draw once a Home Insurance policy has been taken out. Only one entry per policy will be permitted. Entry into the draw does not affect policy price, terms, or acceptance. No alternative method of entry is available.

5. Promotional Period
The promotion opens at 00:01 on 4 February 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 June 2026. Any policies purchased after this date will not be eligible for entry.

6. The Prize
One winner will receive: One €2,500 Travel Voucher & Free Travel Insurance, arranged and paid for by Peopl Insurance and underwritten by MAPFRE ASISTENCIA Compania Internacional De Seguros Y Reaseguros, S.A., trading as MAWDY. The free travel insurance will consist of one single trip travel insurance policy for the winner (subject to standard underwriting criteria, policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and eligibility requirements).
The provision of Free Travel Insurance is subject to the winner meeting the insurer’s standard underwriting criteria at the time of policy issue. Policy terms, conditions, exclusions, territorial limits, and maximum trip durations will apply. In the event that the winner does not meet the underwriting or eligibility criteria for the Free Travel Insurance, that element of the prize will not be provided and no alternative will be offered. This does not affect the winner’s entitlement to the holiday voucher. The holiday voucher may be subject to an expiry date and any restrictions imposed by the voucher provider, including limitations on destinations, booking periods, or participating travel providers. The holiday voucher must be redeemed within the period specified by the voucher provider.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
The draw will be conducted fairly and independently and will take place within 14 days of the promotion closing. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of policy purchase. Whilst reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, if the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Peopl Insurance reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including the use of their name and/or photograph for marketing purposes. Participation in publicity is optional and refusal does not affect prize entitlement.

9. General
Peopl Insurance reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Peopl Insurance accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical or system issues.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
This promotion does not affect the terms, conditions, or price of any insurance policy.

10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Peopl Insurance’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and will not be retained for longer than necessary. Winner details may be shared with third parties (e.g. voucher provider).

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Participating Credit Unions are not the promoter of this competition and accept no responsibility for its operation.
